Abstract: In order to improve the data acquisition accuracy of DCS (Distributed Control System) equipment and optimize the system operation, an optimized design of DCS data acquisition module based on ZYNQ is proposed. This module can be used with C/S architecture and adapt to high-performance hardware running environment to ensure efficient communication of the DCS system. The hardware architecture uses ZYNQ-7000 BGA90 programmable logic chip as the core chip, equipped with dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 processor and DDR3 memory. The FS-AC32 model 6-port wireless AP controller and S3150-8T2FP 8-port L2+PoE+ power supply switch are selected. In terms of software architecture, the data acquisition and storage methods of the system are designed. In terms of data acquisition, the operation requirements of DCS equipment are decomposed, the data point requirements are designed, and the communication module is optimized to achieve efficient data acquisition. The system test results show that the false alarm rate of 6 sets of DCS equipment data acquisition is always below 0.5%, and the data acquisition accuracy has been significantly improved.
